What the Engine Actually Does

INFINICUS ENGINE runs a stochastic 60-day simulation using industry-average parameters, Monte Carlo sampling (500 runs), and user-supplied inputs. It models probable cash flow trajectories under randomised conditions. The AI analysis is generated by Anthropic's Claude model based on the simulation outputs.

What It Cannot Do

• It cannot predict actual market conditions, competitor actions, regulatory changes, or macroeconomic events.
• It cannot account for your personal execution ability, relationships, or domain expertise.
• It cannot verify whether your input assumptions (price, demand, costs) are accurate for your specific market.
• It cannot replace a business plan, financial model, market research, or professional due diligence.
• It cannot provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

AI-Generated Content

The AI analysis (headline, summary, actions, investor note) is generated by a large language model (Anthropic Claude). AI outputs may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information. Always verify AI-generated recommendations with domain experts.

No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" without any warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose. Simulation results will differ from real-world outcomes.

Professional Advice

Before investing capital, launching a business, or presenting projections to investors, consult qualified professionals: a business advisor, accountant, lawyer, and/or financial advisor.

You agree not to use INFINICUS ENGINE for any of the following purposes:

Prohibited Uses

• Simulating businesses that are illegal in your jurisdiction (e.g. unlicensed financial services, controlled substances, weapons).
• Using simulation outputs to deceive investors, lenders, banks, or partners by presenting them as verified financial forecasts.
• Automating or scripting requests to the AI analysis API to bypass rate limits.
• Reverse-engineering the simulation engine, algorithms, or scoring models.
• Reproducing, reselling, or white-labelling the Service without a written commercial licence.
• Using the Service to generate content that promotes fraud, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Attempting to access other users' data, accounts, or stored information.

Fair Use

The free tier is limited to reasonable personal use. Automated bulk simulation runs that abuse the AI endpoint will result in IP-level rate limiting. The current limit is 10 AI analysis requests per IP address per hour.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to terminate access to any user or IP address that violates this policy without notice.

Our Intellectual Property

Your Content

Business ideas and descriptions you enter into the simulation remain your intellectual property. We do not claim ownership of your inputs. However, by submitting inputs to the AI analysis endpoint, you grant us a limited licence to process that data via Anthropic's API for the purpose of generating your report.

Permitted Use

You may share your simulation results (screenshots, share links, PDF exports) for personal, educational, or informational purposes, provided you include the INFINICUS ENGINE attribution and do not misrepresent the results as verified financial data.

Prohibited Use

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute the simulation engine or its code without a commercial licence.
• You may not create derivative works based on INFINICUS without written permission.
• You may not use the INFINICUS name or logo to imply endorsement of your products or services.

Free Tier

The free tier requires no payment and is available without charge. No refund is applicable.

Paid Plans (when enabled)

• 7-day refund window: If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, contact us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
• After 7 days: No refunds will be issued for the current billing period, but you may cancel to prevent future charges.
• Annual plans: Refunds for annual subscriptions will be prorated to the unused months if requested within 30 days of purchase.
• Exceptions: Refunds will not be issued if your account was terminated for violating our Acceptable Use Policy.
